Friday, May 25th

	12:00pm – 3:00pm: Event setup (Inspection area, Photo area, and track)
	3:00pm – 6:30pm: Registration
	3:00pm – 5:00pm: First time driver trial runs (no trial runs on race day)
	3:00pm – 7:00pm: Inspections and racer photographs All entrants must arrive and be checked in at registration by 6:30pm. Entrants arriving after 6:30 p.m. will not be allowed to race and registration fees will be refunded.
	We will have scales available for those that wish to do a rough weigh-in.
	There will be NO impounding of cars this year. Cars will not be kept overnight at the track. You will take your car home with you on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Saturday, May 26th

	6:30am: Pit area opens
	7:00am: Scales open
	8:00am: Drivers meeting and group photo
	8:30am: Race starts
	5:00pm: Awards ceremony with trophies being awarded for day one placements
	6:00pm: No-host pizza party at Pietros Pizza (1637 Hawthorne, Salem).

Sunday, May 27th

	6:30am: Pit area opens
	7:00am: Scales open
	8:00am: Drivers meeting
	8:30am: Race starts
	5:00pm: Awards ceremony with trophies being awarded for day two placements and Best In The West Champions.
